Emrah Bilge, a graduate of the Biology Department at Middle East Technical University (ODTÜ), began his professional career in 2000 as a Project Manager at WWF Turkey. Between 2005 and 2007, he worked as the Resource Development and Communications Manager at the Community Volunteers Foundation (Toplum Gönüllüleri Vakfı), and from 2008 to 2009, he served as the Resource Development Manager at the Mother Child Education Foundation (Anne Çocuk Eğitim Vakfı). From 2009 to 2011, he worked in the Corporate Social Responsibility and Institutional Relations Department at Avea, and later became the Project Director at Benchmark, a corporate social responsibility (CSR) agency. Between 2015 and 2017, he took part in the establishment of Esas Sosyal, the social investment arm of Esas Holding, where he played a key role in the design and implementation of the İlk Fırsat (First Chance) Program. Emrah Bilge joined Mind Your Waste Foundation (Çöpüne Sahip Çık Vakfı) in August 2017.

Tolga Güleç, a graduate of Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Business Administration, began his career in 2002 at Universal McCann Media Planning Agency. Between 2003 and 2009, Tolga gained experience in project management and creative writing at various agencies, and in 2010 he founded his own communications and design agency. He began continuing his work in this field in the civil society sector in 2015 and served as the Communications and Resource Development Manager at Yuva Association for two years. He continued his career as the Project Coordinator for the CultureCIVIC Culture-Art Support Programme at Anadolu Kültür. Following the successful completion of the programme's first phase, he joined the Çöpüne Sahip Çık Foundation team in 2025.

Gökçe Karaçocuk, a graduate of the Psychological Counseling and Guidance Department at Maltepe University, began her professional career in 2019 as an Education Coordinator at the Robotcodi training institution. Having volunteered in the civil sector for five years, she worked in 2021 as a Project Manager and trainer at the Equal Future Association (Eşit Gelecek Derneği). Gökçe Karaçocuk joined Mind Your Waste Foundation (Çöpüne Sahip Çık Vakfı) in April 2023.
