Prof. Dr. Zuhal Baltaş is a pioneer in expanding the scope of Occupational Health Psychology / Organizational Psychology in Turkey with her studies at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical School. She was the first to bring stress and its health implications into academic attention. The outcomes of her intensive work on stress evaluation and coping skills came to suggest a beneficial value for the corporate world and aroused a widespread interest in local and international companies. She has also conducted research on the reliability, validity and standardization of a number of psychometric tests, namely; the Leighton Stress level 1-2, the Perceived Stress Scale and most recently HPI; MVPI; HDS. In 1974-1993 and 1997, she was Honorary Research Member in London University. In 2009 at UCL Centre for Behavioural and Social Sciences in Medicine, she continued her studies in cross cultural research. In addition to a great number of articles and chapters in handbooks and scientific publications, she is the founding partner of Baltaş Group, which lay the ground for organizational psychology and contemporary human resources management in Turkey.

Graduate of Robert College (Boğaziçi University) Ibrahim Betil presided, chaired, and founded industrial and financial companies, commercial banks in and outside of Turkey for 25 years (1970-1994).
Simultaneously, and especially after 1994, he has been closely involved in the educational life and civil society activities in Turkey. He has initiated the establishment of and chaired several foundations and schools, lectured in universities, produced radio and TV programs, has been a columnist in several newspapers and periodicals, and author of a bestseller book.
Currently Ibrahim is a Senior Fellow at ASHOKA, Board Member at TOG, and a Member of Audit Committee at MAG. He chairs ENKA School and SEN-DE-GE Association.
He is also among the founders of and a Member of the Board of Teachers Academy Foundation ÖRAV.
In his professional life, Betil continues to sit on the boards of and to advise several industrial and financial companies.

Zeynep Boratav

Environmental Engineer, Solid Waste Specialist

After graduating from the Department of Environmental Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, Zeynep Boratav studied business administration at UCLA Extension in the USA. Project engineer, coordinator, planning, tender for environmental infrastructure projects supported by World Bank, European Union, European Investment Bank, United Nations and similar organizations. and project specialist. Boratav has also held managerial positions in non-governmental organizations operating on environmental, cultural and historical issues. Boratav is currently a member of the EU-funded Project House, including Kütahya, Amasya, Bitlis, Çanakkale, Kuşadası, master plan, feasibility and improvement projects in Diyarbakır and Urfa, as well as in the rehabilitation of the Bar Municipality Solid Waste Site in the Western Balkans and Montenegro. sHe is working as an expert in national and international projects, especially in EU funded projects. She is a member of the Chamber of Environmental Engineers.

Boğaziçi University Sustainable Development and Cleaner Production Center Director

Nilgün Cılız graduated from the Department of Chemical Engineering at Istanbul Technical University. After completing her PhD on Waste Energy Production at the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and Boğaziçi University, she started to work as a professor at the Institute of Environmental Sciences at the same university. she carried out works with various municipalities within the scope of regional and local sustainability projects. Nilgün Cılız is the Director of the Sustainable Development and Clean Production Center of Boğaziçi University and the director of the Sustainable and Green Campus Project at Boğaziçi University. She is currently the co-president of the United Nations Sustainable Solutions Network.

Founder and President of Zarakol Communication

After graduating from the Faculty of Communication at Ankara University, Zarakol worked for TRT News Center for 10 years. After leaving the institution, she worked for Güneş Newspaper's Ankara office and Istanbul office for a while. After leaving journalism, Necla Zarakol became the public relations manager of a holding. After leaving this position, she served as an external consultant / director for TRT Istanbul Television and served as the Director of Public Relations at one of the major advertising companies of the period. For TUSIAD, the official publication organ of the association prepared “Opinion” magazine for publication. Necla Zarakol, founded her own company, Zarakol Communication in 1993 after leaving the advertising company for a short period of time at TÜSİAD, has extensive experience in the communications sector, political communications and olds, board memberships in various non-governmental organizations, and teaches at some universities.
